At The Concord School of Karate, we are dedicated to teaching Kajukenbo Karate, Gaylords Method. Kajukenbo is a Hawaiian Martial Art created in the late forties and is now taught world wide. Our programs not only focuses  on fighting techniques, but also aim to instill mental, physical and spiritual balance.
